Welcome to The Daily Princetonian’s third annual survey of first-year students. The data and stories you’ll find within these pages — compiled and verified through months of planning, analysis, and outreach — represent the participation of nearly 1,000 students in the Great Class of 2026 and the efforts of many ‘Prince’ staffers. Our far-reaching project seeks to build upon our existing understanding of the intricacies within the University’s increasingly diverse student body. Though Nassau Hall publicly reports some of this demographic and academic information, other data, such as respondents’ experiences with fake IDs and views on accessible abortion services, are difficult — if not impossible — to find.
